Semi Permanent Make Up application is a non surgical procedure to infuse hypo-allergenic medical grade pigments into the dermal layer of the skin.
It can be used to create beautiful Semi Permanent Make Up, also known as Permanent Make Up or Cosmetic Tattoo procedures.
It is suitable for male and female clients over 18 years of age and is a refined form of tattooing.
Although often described as semi permanent make up it is actually classed as a permanent makeup procedure because the pigments are being infused into the upper dermal layer of the skin and whilst they may fade with time - will always remain even if they not completely visible.
Various treatments are available including lip line & shading, individual hair stroke effect for eyebrow tattoo & eyeliner techniques. Victoria is a skilled technician who uses a soft and natural approach working carefully with her clients own colouring to perfectly enhance.

Occasionally Victoria is contacted by clients who are unhappy with semi permanent mak eup treatments undertaken elsewhere without care or proper training, either because the work is inappropriate or has not been carried out to a sufficiently high standard. When semi permanent make up goes wrong, the consequences can be very distressing. In some cases Victoria can help to lighten or correct in such cases. Any correction work undertaken will include full treatment costing plan indicated following consultation prior to treatment.
